Jesse Seay has 19 years law enforcement with the largest police department in Texas. He has been a member of the SWAT team for the last 14 years and is currently assigned as an assault team leader. He has extensive experience in planning and conducting high risk operations. He is responsible for the oversight of team members for training and operations. He is one of the lead explosive breachers on the team. The last eight years he has been developing and conducting tactical training nationally and internationally, implementing projects overseas in Ukraine, Bosnia, Armenia and others. He is a Jiu jitsu black belt and has competed in MMA. He has a passion about teaching others the skills needed to preform in high stress environments in order to go home.
Sam was a Senior Special Agent with 22 years of experience working with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Prior to that he worked with U.S. Customs Service and was in the US Air Force. Sam was also a member of the HSI Houston - Special Response Team (SRT) for 15 years. He started out as an assaulter where he mastered techniques in executing high-risk search & arrest operations, close quarter clearing/battle, vehicle assaults, undercover operations, surveillance detection units, maritime operations, and dignitary protection details. He held the positions of Training Coordinator, Assistant Team Leader, and finally as Team Leader. During his tenure in leadership, he was responsible for establishing team training curriculum, commanding tactical operations, coordinating and collaborating with multi-agency tactical teams for National Special Security Events, and protection details for senior DHS executives.
Daryl Hudeck's military service includes 4 years in the United States Navy. After the military he joined the largest police agency in Texas. Daryl has 18 years experience of law enforcement with 13 years with the SWAT team. Daryl is assigned as a medic on the team and is a certified EMT. He is also one of the lead rope technicians with the team. He is an explosive breacher and the armorer for the team. For the last 7 years he has taught around the state and overseas. He has been a tactical instructor for projects in Ukraine and Armenia. Daryl is a passionate instructor who believes in putting on the best training to make a difference.
Charles Dexter's military service was in the United States Army as an infantryman with the 82nd airborne. He completed a combat tour in Iraq serving as a team leader. After leaving the Army he worked as a commercial diver before joining the police department. He has 15 years law enforcement experience with the largest police department in Texas. He has been a member of the SWAT team for 11 years. He is one of the lead breachers and rope technicians. He is also an amateur boxer and is one of the combative instructors for the team. Dexter is an experienced instructor with passion to see others level up their skill set.
Pete Carroll’s military service includes 7 years in the United States Army, 75th Ranger Regiment 3rd battalion Special Operations. Where he completed 4 combat deployments to austere environments. Real world experience conducting surveillance, reconnaissance, and direct action raids in combat. Pete left as an E-5 Sergeant Squad Leader. Delta Company 3rd platoon 3rdSquad. As a Squad Leader in charge of 9 other soldiers, including two Fire Team Leaders, he developed and led training programs in preparation for combat. Pete has 8 years law enforcement experience with the largest police department in Texas. He is a current member of the SWAT for the last 2 years. Pete is highly motivated and uses his experience to excel as an instructor
Tony Villa's military service includes 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. He completed 2 combat tours in Iraq and left as a Sergeant. As additional duties he was tasked as Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor for the combative program. Tony has 15 years law enforcement experience with the largest police department in Texas. He has been a member of the SWAT team for the last 7 years and has recently became a n assault Team Leader where he has excelled at planning and conducting high risk operations. He is tasked with putting on training for the SWAT team and has done so at a high level. Tony has taught around the State of Texas and internationally. He has a true passion for the job and helping others with high level training.
Robert Gonzalez's military service includes 5 years in the United States Army that included a combat deployment to Iraq. During this time he was a squad leader and left the Army as a Staff Sergeant in the 1st Cavalry Division. He spent an additional 4 years in the Army reserve training troops for deployment. Robert has 16 years law enforcement experience with the largest police department in Texas. He has been a member of the SWAT team for 8 years. He is the lead for the SWAT competition team and enjoys competing in shooting. Robert is a high energy instructor who enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others.
